Ordering
How do I order?
Through the service desk, by email or WhatsApp. Build your selection on the site or write directly: the team confirms the scope, payment and time with you before starting.
Can I pay on the site?
Not yet. Payment is arranged with the service desk before the work begins.
Who sells on MarcShop?
Manhattan Consultoria e Empreendimentos Ltda., CNPJ 36.310.619/0001-40. MarcShop is Manhattan’s store.
What are the service hours?
Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Brasília time.
Price and availability
Why do only some items have a price?
Because only they have a fixed scope. Quote-on-request items depend on the specific situation: scope and price are agreed with the service desk before any charge.
How is the price of the packages set?
Each package is worth the technical hours it uses multiplied by the technical-hour rate.
What does “coming soon” mean?
The item is in preparation and is not yet for sale. With “Notify me”, you ask the service desk to let you know when it opens.
How the team works
What is the conflict-of-interest check?
Before starting, the team runs an internal conflict-of-interest check. If there is a conflict, we will let you know and the order does not proceed.
Who decides, signs and submits?
Your company. The team reads, checks, prepares and warns; the decision, the signature and the bids always belong to the company.
What kind of service does Manhattan provide?
Technical advisory, in the store’s areas: public tenders, imports, agribusiness, technology and courses.
Your data
Does the site store my data?
No. Your selection, favorites and viewed items stay on this device only. The order and the quote request go out as a message from your own WhatsApp or email, straight to the service desk.
What should I not send?
Passwords, digital certificates and confidential documents: never through any channel. After you order, the team arranges with you how the documents will reach them.
Is there a customer area?
It is in preparation. When it opens, purchases, access and documents will be in one place.
