Conflict-of-interest check

Before starting, the team runs an internal conflict-of-interest check. If there is a conflict, we will let you know and the order does not proceed.

The public bidding session concentrates decisions into a short time: bids, calls to respond, requests for documents, negotiation and the intention to appeal. The team prepares the company before the opening and follows the bidding alongside whoever represents it.

Representation and bids stay with the company itself, through whoever it designates. During the session, the team points out what requires a response and how soon.

Who this is for

  • Companies bidding for the first time.
  • Companies with a small team facing long sessions.
  • Tenders with many items.
  • Companies that have already missed a deadline that opened during a session.

What is included

  • Session plan: times, files ready and who does what.
  • Review of the bidding plan with whoever will operate the system.
  • Support during the session on the agreed channel.
  • Session report, with the minutes, the outcome and the next steps.

What is not included

  • Operating the procurement system or placing bids: access and the decision stay with the company.

How it works

  1. Plan

Before the opening, the team builds the session plan with the company and checks the bid proposal, the documents and the bidding plan.

  2. Verification

On the day, the company’s representative checks their own access to the system.

  3. Bidding

The team follows the bids, the messages from whoever conducts the session and every open deadline, and warns you on the spot.

  4. Record

When the session ends, the company receives the report with the minutes, the outcome and what comes next.

Questions about this item

Who places the bids?

The company, through the person it designates. The team follows the bidding and reminds you of the approved limit, but does not operate the system or decide the bid.

Does the team need the company’s password or digital certificate?

No. Access to the procurement system belongs to the company and stays with it. Do not send passwords or digital certificates through any channel.
